Thank you to all classes who scheduled Veteran’s Day celebrations! Your class cards and picture will be treasured by our active military personnel. Applause, applause to Eddie Lupton, Annemarie Cartwright and Nancy Otto for organizing the inspiring Grade 2 and 3 assembly program. Thank you to Lori Purvis and the student SWAT technology team for videotaping and setting up the broadcast of this wonderful program so all other students could view it in their classrooms. Special thanks to Mary Lewia for sharing her husband, retired Navy Captain Lewia, for today’s assembly. His words were an inspiration to all!
