Picking up students prior to dismissal – Please go through PICKUP PATROL to let the front office
and teacher know. In order to help minimize confusion and congestion at the end of the day,
parents/guardians needing to pick up their child(ren) prior to dismissal need to do so BEFORE 3:30
pm. After 3:30 pm, parents/guardians will need to wait for the 4:00 pm. bell. All dismissal changes
through PICKUP PATROL must be made by 2:30 pm.

For 2-hour early dismissal days, please do so before 1:30 pm or parents/guardians will need to wait
for the 2:00 pm. bell. All dismissal changes through PICKUP PATROL must be made by 12:30 pm.

Dropping off lunches, backpacks, water bottles, etc… - Please make sure the student and
teacher name is written clearly and placed on the bookshelf in the front office. It is the
parent/guardians responsibility to email the teacher that the item is in the front office. The front office
staff will not call in the classroom as it disrupts instruction. If you drop off lunch and your student is
already in lunch, you will need to sign in and deliver it to them.

Medication drop off - Parents/guardians can drop medication off to the health room from 9:00
am-3:30 pm. There are new procedures to drop off medication which means the front office staff
cannot accept it under any circumstances. Do not send your student with any medication.
